Hello to all following along. We've been pretty busy this past week and have been trying to post as often as we can. Please have a gander all the way down as we blogged the last 3 days, so there's a whole bunch of new photos and blogging.
We're taking a few days off to recoup from the somewhat busy schedule we've been keeping. I'm expecting to travel up to Pretoria early this week to meet with the Canadian High Commission to obtain Desi's temporary Canadian passport. Should be a quick one day trip, but maybe I'll fit in a couple of extra hours to see some sights in Jo'burg.
Later this week, we're off to Umfolozi for 3 days to experience some real South African "bush" and hopefully see some wildlife (the big 5). Janet has rented us a cabin and Warren & Sam will be joining us as our trusty guides.
Since there won't be any internet connections up at Umfolozi, we probably won't be blogging until next Sunday, so be patient and we'll get everyone caught up once we're back.
