An unexpected guest just outside Janet's kitchen door...they're not shy either, one just like him came right into the kitchen the other day. I guess that's where the saying "cheeky monkey" comes from.We headed down to Durban today to watch the finals of Dusi 2009. Dave and Tyron, although having severe canoe issues on days 1 & 2, managed to finish the Dusi in a great time on day 3 of the competition. The whole family was there to cheer them on and greet them at the finish line.
Maddie and Desi enjoyed hangin' around at the mouth of the Umgeni River (called Blue Lagoon) in Durban, which feeds out into the Indian Ocean. Crowds gathered to have a great time and celebrate the end of another Dusi.
We spent the rest of the day just hangin' around the house enjoying some quiet family time.
