In Stellenbosch at Spier Hotel & Spa

Just enjoying the beautiful scenery down here in the Western Cape...awesome mountains, wineries and people. We spent the day in Stellenbosch and Franschhoek...AWESOME for shopping, wine tasting and that all around relaxed feeling. Desi and Maddie have picked a bug and have the runs the last day...not cool!!! Poor little munchkins...we popped into the pharmacy to pick up some meds and electrolytes to keep them hydrated...they're much better this evening. The internet here at Spier is only available in the main building and not in the rooms...adds to the spa quality of being relaxed and disconnecting from the world when you're here. We'll try and blog on Word and post again tonight...we have some really awesome photos of the kids, wild life and scenery from our trip to the bush and here in Stellenbosch, just 25 min. outside of Cape Town. The sunsets are unforgetable!! Blog some more soon. 7 days till we come home :-( & :-)
